Chelsey graduated over 10 years ago from the University of Salford with a degree in Psychology. Having fell into the world of Recruitment she committed herself to providing an excellent service to both clients and candidates. From specialist Optometrist recruitment to Talent Attraction and Employment Branding, Chelsey worked her way up to a Talent Acquisition Manager position. But then.. COVID-19 struck the world, and turned hers upside down. Chelsey found herself unemployed and desperate for a purpose in life. This is when Proud to Clean was born!

Chelsey puts a real emphasis on an eco-approach at home, utilising zero waste market stalls to stock up on household essentials. With this in mind,  it made perfect sense to foster an eco-cleaning approach with Proud to Clean, offering a refill service of household essentials such as washing up liquid, hand wash and laundry liquid/softener. We are also PROUD to partner with Ocean Saver to use eco-friendly, non-toxic cleaning products, reducing the need for plastic waste whilst saving the Ocean!

At Proud to Clean we work with a variety of customers, including regular domestic cleaning, Air BnB and Holiday Let cleaning and management, working with local Estate Agents for end of tenancy cleaning and commercial office cleaning.

Over the last 4 and a half year, Proud to Clean has grown into a team of 8, adding additional services which include carpet cleaning, laundry and ironing services, large deep clean services and Housekeeper services for the larger properties around Rutland/Leicestershire.
