Chelsey AKA The Boss
Chelsey set Proud to Clean up in March 2021 following a recent return from Italy as an Au Pair. With the support of The Princes Trust, Proud to Clean was born.
As of February 2026, Chelsey is now on Maternity Leave and has taken a step-back from the day to day cleaning as the team has grown over the years. Taking the lead on our laundry and ironing services, Chelsey works in the background managing payroll, HR, accounting, the website, lead generation, email and enquiry management, stock control and managing her wonderful team!
Becca - Interim Manager
Becca - Interim Manager
Becca joined Proud to Clean in September 2022, and was soon promoted to Team Leader in October 2023. A fundamental part of the team, Becca has further progressed at Proud to Clean and as of February 2026 has taken the role of Interim Manager whilst Chelsey is on Maternity Leave. Becca is a crucial part of the team and is involved in the development of client satisfaction, staff initiatives, stock control, invoicing and compliance. The Proud to Clean cogs just wouldn't operate without our amazing Bec!
Jess - Interim Team Leader

Jess joined the team in September 2025 and has been an invaluable addition to Proud to Clean. A natural leader, Jess was promoted to Interim Team Leader in February 2026 to support Becca during Chelsey's maternity leave! Jess is responsible for the staff management/day to day operations. She is an incredibly experienced Cleaner, super hard-working and delivers great results time after time! We are so pleased to have her onboard!
Jayne
Jayne
Jayne AKA Chelsey's Mum, taught Chelsey all she knows about how to keep things clean, sparkling and to enjoy the process. Jayne has her own Pre-School business that she runs in South Leicestershire, however, she just loves to clean and occasionally is asked to help the team out when things get extra busy. We all love working with Jayne and are so Proud to have family working together to create a fantastic, supportive business.
Jessica Whileman
Jessica Whileman
Jess AKA The Content Paige is our Social Media Manager, developing and creating our Instagram and Facebook Social Media pages. Jess is a crucial part of our team and really helps Chelsey focus on all the other operational "behind the scenes". Give Jess a follow on Insta !
Sky
Sky
Sky is currently studying Computer Science in York and works for us during non-term time. Full of enthusiasm, smiles and a hard-working attitude, Sky often covers for the team when they are on holiday during Easter and Summer Holidays. Sky joined the team in July 2024 and is extremely adaptable, capable and an all-round superstar!
Chloe
Chloe
Chloe joined us in October 2024 and brings with her a wealth of cleaning experience, from Domestic to Commercial cleans and holiday lets/air bnbs inbetween! An experienced employee who has hit the ground running. Chloe has added value to the business by introducing more ideas on polices and procedures as well as new business development ideas and strategies. We are so Proud to have such a friendly and experienced member in our Proud to Clean fold!

Emily joined the team in May 2025! Emily works adhoc to support
Proud to Clean whilst she finishes her PhD thesis in Chemistry at Loughborough University. A ray of sunshine, Emily has fitted well into the team and adds value with her COSHH and risk assesment knowledge from her studies in Science.
